Hi, I’m Aastha.
I started Georgie’s & Co to build the kind of agency I always wanted to work with—one that operates like your in-house team, thinks like a partner, and shows up with heart.
Before starting this journey, I spent time across both corporate and creative ecosystems—at Deloitte, in early-stage startups, and within fast-moving agencies. I’ve seen how brands are built from the inside out, and how the best work often comes from teams that genuinely care.
I studied commerce at Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, pursued management studies at Duke University, and trained in design thinking at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Each of those experiences helped shape how I approach business—with creativity, structure, and intent.
But degrees and certifications aside, I believe great work comes down to three things: clarity, care, and consistency.
